I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

I am an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with a demonstrated history spanning over 15 yrs working with looked-after children in the mental health sector. I have vast experience working with adults and couples.
I am skilled in working with complex issues and co-morbidity; PTSD; sexual, physical, spiritual, emotional, abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity issues and anger management.
I am an established professional with postgraduate Diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Children and Adolescents (Kings College, London); PG CBT IAPT (King's College); PG Dip in Clinical Supervision (Minister Centre); MA Integrative Arts (IATE/Metropolitan University); PG Diploma in Social Work; Additional trainings include DBT and EMDR.
