About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Anusha Babbar
Clinical Psychologist
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for supporting children, adolescents and adults to understand themselves more deeply; and live with greater emotional freedom, authenticity, and well-being. My approach is warm, empathetic and client-centred, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.
My clinical practice integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and applied behaviour analysis (ABA) with expressive modalities including art, music and movement-based therapy. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor each session to meet the unique emotional, cultural, and developmental needs of every individual.
My work particularly focuses on emotional regulation, identity exploration, self-compassion, interpersonal effectiveness, trauma recovery, and neurodiversity-affirming support for individuals with autism and ADHD. In my sessions, I integrate reflective and insight-oriented practices to help clients understand thought and behavioural patterns, alongside experiential, mind-body, and nervous system regulation exercises that support emotional balance and personal growth.
Above all, I bring authenticity, kindness and compassion into my work, walking alongside my clients as they navigate their journeys toward healing, holistic well-being, empowerment, and a more meaningful connection to themselves and others.
