About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Dr Tehani Benjamin
Clinical Psychologist (she/her)
I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults and adolescents online. As an LGBTQIA+ clinician from the Pacific Island of Tahiti and France, I am passionate about providing therapy that is culturally sensitive and empowers everyone to lead more fulfilling, vibrant and authentic lives.
At the heart of my work, I strive to create a warm, accepting and compassionate space for clients from all walks of life. I work with people presenting with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, OCD, low mood, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties.
Whether your issue feels vague or specific, I will aim to help you understand how the past informs current patterns, develop coping skills to process difficult feelings, and build on your inner strengths and resources to work through challenges in the here and now.
I also have experience working with complex mental health and co-morbid difficulties, including trauma and childhood abuse. In NHS and charity settings, I worked with survivors of trauma, many of whom fled their country of origin due to on-going discrimination and violence. I seek to consider clients and the wider systems impacting them.
Working in a person-centred way, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies to fit the needs of clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Compassion-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, Narrative Exposure and Trauma-Focused therapies.
