About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Dr Ozlem Baykaner
Principal Clinical Psychologist (she/her)
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience working within the NHS and privately. I have worked with people across the lifespan, supporting those experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Alongside my NHS role in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), I currently work privately—mostly with adults—offering therapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual.
My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic and Narrative therapies, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am particularly passionate about helping people recover from trauma, and have specialist training in Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR for both children and adults.
During my NHS career, I have also led on Quality and Improvement initiatives within CAMHS and have worked in national specialist services such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, where I gained expertise in Autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity alongside mental health needs.
I am deeply committed to supporting people to live the lives they wish to live—helping them to feel fulfilled, confident, and equipped with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.
