About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Dr Denise Borbolla
Counselling Psychologist (she/her)
I am a Counselling Psychologist offering a safe and compassionate space for people across the lifespan. I work integratively, using a range of evidence-based, therapeutic models such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Relational Therapy, to find the best way to support you. I focus on building a warm, and trusting relationship, in the hope of being able to look at your past together, as this may give us some insight into how you are feeling today.
I am also interested in making sense of intersectionality, which typically involves understanding multifaceted identity structures (i.e., race, sex, gender, religion, economic status, and education), and how this impacts your experience of the world, the relationships you have, and your self-esteem.
I also have a passion for working with young people and their families and have over 5 years of experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in London; I currently work in a Neurodevelopmental Team in CAMHS, where I assess, diagnose, and support young people with Autism and ADHD.
Whether you are here for a specific difficulty or a general feeling of “something is not right/feels off”, I seek to facilitate connection and empowerment to help you generate richer meaning in life, using the skills and values that you already hold.
