About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Dr Neelam Nagra
Counselling Psychologist (she/her)
I am a trained Counselling Psychologist, with 15 years’ experience in the field of mental health. I have been a qualified counsellor for seven years, working with people presenting with a range of difficulties, from mild to severe, and across the lifespan with adults, adolescents and children from the age of 12. These include people who have been bereaved, experience psychotic symptoms, struggle to regulate their emotions, and/or have experienced childhood trauma. I have experience of leading a Counselling service within a hospice, working for the mental health charity Mind, and in both secondary and tertiary care within the NHS.
I work integratively, drawing from different models to find the best fit for you. I have a keen interest in working psychodynamically, whereby people may work on understanding some of their unconscious motivations for their behaviours as well as understanding their relational difficulties. I also have some experience working with Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), which offers skills to people who struggle to understand and regulate their emotions. Above all I prioritise the therapeutic relationship. I place an emphasis on making sure that you feel comfortable, providing a safe, non-judgemental and holding space, where together you can think about your difficulties and work through them effectively.
